A: LocumNet allows you to search residential, commercial or land real-estate in all regions of Poland. You can find a realtor, real-estate agency or other companies in the real-estate related industry. We also provide you with various information about the real-estate market in Poland. Q: What browsers do you recommend to use with LocumNet?

A: This site uses advanced techniques available only in most recent versions of Internet Explorer. We suggest to use the following versions of this program: IE 5.5 (Windows 95 - XP) lub
IE 6.0 (Windows 98 - XP).

A: Do I need to register to use the site?

A: You do not need to register to search our database of real-estate properties and real-estate related companies or to browse through all the information about the real-estate market in Poland.

Q: Why should I register?

A: Registration allows you to use some of our advanced features such as saved sets, search profiles and automatic notification.

Q: Do I need to pay for registration?

A: Registration is absolutely free, and there are no further obligations.

Q: Do I need to fill out all the fields in the registration form?

Q: Can I add my own listings to the LocumNet’s database?

A: No, only registered agencies can add listings to our database.

Q: What should I do to list my real-estate with LocumNet?

A: You need to contact one of the many real-estate agencies working with us and ask them to add your property to our database. To obtain more information about finding a real-estate company in our database click here:

Q: What is a search profile?

A: A search profile is a set of search parameters saved under a meaningful name on our server. Search profiles allow you to repeat a search without having to re-select all the search criteria.

Q: Can I have more then one search profile?

A: Each registered user is allowed up to 3 search profiles. To obtain a more detailed information about using search profiles click here:

Q: Can I save the selected listings in LocumNet for later viewing?

A: Yes, a registered user can save selected listings under a meaningful name on our server for later viewing. Three such sets of listings can be created. Each set can contain up to 50 properties. To obtain more information about how to save listings in our database click here:

Q: How long does LocumNet keep the saved listings on the server?

A: There is no time limit. You decide when to remove (delete) the saved listings.

Q: What is the function of "My LocumNet"

A: "My LocumNet" is your account management center. From LocumNet you can change your registration information, look through saved listings and manage your search profiles and the automatic notification function.

Q: How does automatic notification work?

A: LocumNet automatically checks all the newly added listings. If a new listing matches the search parameters in your search profile you will receive a note informing you about it. In the note you will find a link to the listing, click on the link to see all the details of the property. To obtain more information about how to use automatic notification click here:

Q: What are the numbers in brackets at the end of the location name?

A: They are the actual number of listings in the given location. Their purpose is to inform you, so that you don’t have to go through the searching process if there are no listings in your area of interest.


Q: On the results list how can I distinguish between ordinary and development listings?

A: The development listings are marked on the results lists with a small arrow pointing up. The numeric values shown are the minimums for the development. A value of 30 in the size column means that the minimum size of a unit in the development is 30 square meters.
